HELLO.
see. im finally updating. making you happy natalie. :]

this is the drynaria plant; its leaves are very big and can be used to store and wrap food.

rattan with hooks

^the kedondong; makes incense and smells like turpentine.

this is a spiderweb we spotted; its a different kind of spiderweb, its not flat like the normal spiderwebs, but its more like those 'spiderwebs' we climb in the playground, its shaped a bit like a cone so that it can more easily be able to trap insects.
the tree is vandalised ^ : (

^ cactus plant, leaves grow in spiral position to ensure that every leaf gets sunlight.

a very recently fallen tree.

also, the tour guide told us about the sound we often hear in forests. the sounds are produced by the cicada. (its an insect. :] ) it calls from the membrane of the wings to the stomache. the sound can be heard in normal sunny weather but it will stop when it cools down and is going to rain, because the membrane will become lose and so they cannot make the sound.

OKAY, thats all i can rmb. im sorry its so little, i actually have a little more information but i cant remember which plant belongs to which photo. :[ pfft : (

btw, group, i can make a skin for our blog if you want. :] tell me in school or in the tagboard if you want okay?? i can draw our logo on our skin.
love, trisha. :]
